Lori Allen and Jim Fehrenbach are registered pharmacists in the State of Arizona and have over 20 years combined experience as pharmacists.  Both have received extensive education and training in the area of compounding.  They look forward to assisting you with your compounding needs.

Lori Allen, Pharmacist in Charge

Lori studied and graduated pharmacy school at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, Wyoming. She moved to Phoenix and worked as a pharmacist since 1992. Lori enjoys working with people and addressing problems. Come in and meet Lori at Mixtures Pharmacy.

Jim Fehrenbach, Pharmacist

Jim has been a licensed pharmacist in the State of Arizona since 1991, with over 14 years of pharmacy experience as a staff pharmacist and a pharmacy manager. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and Pre-Pharmacy in 1988, and completed Pharmacy school at the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1990. Jim has been a resident of the city of Phoenix for 13 years.
