Mixtures is a dream come true for pharmacists Lori Allen and Jim Fehrenbach. They both worked for large chain pharmacies and felt compelled to do more for their patients. Lori thinks of her Grandmother, who was dying of cancer, and given pain medication crushed up with a teaspoon of sugar. She is haunted with the thought of her Grandmother saying, "Lori must know of a better way to do this". This has inspired her to help other patients who have a difficult time with the dosage forms and strengths commercially available.
Jim and Lori have both received extensive training for compounding and have information and resources to solve medication dilemmas. We have membership in and are supported by the Professional Compounding Centers of America and the International Academy of Compounding Pharmacists. Our specialty is compounding prescription formulas to meet your individual needs.
